To prepare prospective and already certified Salesforce Administrator a platform to interact and fully understand the concepts of Salesforce in a Simulated environment and also to teach them on how to use and apply Salesforce tools (workflows, Page layout, Formula, Record types, email templates, macros) in solving day to day problems or solutions.
We offer a practical, hands-on approach to enhance our students’ Salesforce learning experience. Through industry-specific projects in sectors such as Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Retail, and Hospitality our participants gain the opportunity to apply both technical and soft skills in real-world scenarios. Our program simulates working as a Salesforce Administrator within a fictional company, utilising custom packaged Salesforce custom applications. We address limitations within the Salesforce Developer Org and guide students on effectively documenting requirements, solving problems and measuring outcomes. This immersive environment prepares students to excel in various roles as Salesforce Administrators.
The amount of Contribution to organisational growth by an employee or team should not be taken lightly, the degree of innovation, collaboration and evaluation put into each project or task should be able to be referenced by others anytime to serve as a source of truth even when they have left the organisation we call this FOOTPRINT, our platform built using Salesforce is a Employee Centric application that manages documented Contributions “Footprints” on behalf of the employee using Chatbot, Slack and Custom Application.
Most organisations manage their employees using disparate systems like HRMS and ERP platforms the HRMS tracks the Employee onboarding process, Employee Profile, Salary payments and deductions and Advances collected while the ERP tracks amount in reserve for Salaries and employee performance in fulfillment to KPI. But because the systems don’t talk to each other in most cases there is a gap in information detailing each Contribution that the employee has made to his organisation which he can used as referral if he was laid off or Saked. Most Employee in their job application can fake roles since there is no proof of truth to backup their claim. The main aim of an ERP is to manage organisational assets while HRMS is to manage employees that use organizational assets but non centers on the Contributions of human asset to organisational performance growth which leaves the employee or team without any documentation to his/her name concerning actual Contributions made if the employee leaves.
The system comprises the collaboration between HRMS and Finance operations where the Employee is managed from the onboarding pool to renumeration and all the way to disengagement providing the employee the opportunity to capture all Contributions (projects, tasks, groups and rewards) done within period of Service by interacting with chatbot who serves as the HR Agent. The captured data showcases depth in employee actual skills which can be transfered to employee new company (if system exists) and used to better evaluate the employee better. The chatbot also offers other HRMS functions like Apply for Leave (Leave, Out of Office), Print Payslips, request Advances or Claims, print Footprints, upload new achievement (Masters, Training etc), by collaborating with finance and hrms operations the employee is able to gain a more 360 degree view of all activities and transactions carried out in a company
To be able to conveniently provide wallet services for in and out patients the billing process for Facilities, Medical
personnel, Auxiliary Workers needs to be data driven where financial services from each of those units are billed directly to the Patient, while the patients like non-insured that cannot afford medical care can also request for third party loans while using the same Wallet applications.
Hospital Management struggle a lot to keep track of all receivables generated from rendering Patient services which is always below actual revenue collected while their healthcare journey also lack information of when a service is rendered like Lab test result, Xray Result etc tracking of information on healthcare services demands being informed what financial support the patient is on (insured, non-insured), tracking of Auxiliary services like Bed Accommodation, Consumables issued, Lab tests and X-rays and making the financial commitment from the Patient to complete treatment, in some cases, financial commitment is beyond the reach of others patients. For the Un-insured In-patient Financial Services like Bed Accommodation, Treatment, Surgery, Consumables, Drugs, Physio Activities need to be tracked and Patient notified when such activities happen, while for the Un-insured Out-Patient, Financial Services like Drugs, Lab test and X-rays need to be captured so a patient can complete their financial commitments. But in practice, most patients are only aware of their bill when treatment is completed which would create a bulk amount and they are unable to pay also most times patients are unaware of when results for services rendered are ready like X-rays, Lab test etc unless they are there physically. The
biggest problem is that hospital management rely heavily on actual payments to meet their day to day running of their facilities and cannot fully estimate the value of their receivables in real-time which does not help them make proper long-term financial decisions on how to optimize their revenues.
The system collaborates Financial Settlement with hospital operations, Is a Software as a Service platform built in Salesforce that provides financial Services to Hospital patients using wallets, the system uses a round-robin approach to assign patients to medical doctors, the Medical doctor are the main internal facilitators based on the fact that they control from their Case note which auxiliary worker (Lab Assistants, Radiologists, Physio) is assigned a note, the Auxiliary workers in turn cost these notes which is billed directly to the Patient’s Wallet, similarly for In-patient any
Auxiliary worker (Nurse, Matron) can as well assign notes which can be billed to free the Medical doctor to attend to other responsibilities. The Patient convineintly makes payment till the balance is NILL (0), if the Patient is uninsured and unable to make up the outstanding balance then he can request for Third party loans to make the difference.
The system is data driven where any medical personnel can view Patient Drug History, Lab Test results and Body Scans which can go a long way to provide patient with effective care, provide patients with notifications on Hospital Services (Lab test results, X-ray result etc) while also in case of an emergency the patients Case can also be Shared with any hospital that uses our SaaS platform.
By engaging with our platform the hospital management can make better long-term financial decisions and proactive steps
since the system provides them with accurate data from their revenue on receivables and what was actually paid and helps
them keep track of every revenue activity within their facilities.
