Awesome Hotels provides hospitality services in the form of Room Services to its customers, The units involved in Revenue Collection include Customer Services and Finance Unit, customers make payments only onsite (POS, Bank Transfer and Cash), Currently they have a customer support call center that also schedules accomodation on behalf of customers. They also use Customised Salesforce that handles room allocation.
MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Management Requires the Salesforce Administrator to provide a solution that can support Customer Service and Finance in the Verification of Payments and reach-out to their Existing customers concerning New offers.
CHALLENGES
They discovered that they are losing to other hotels because of their onsite payment policy and they have no real method on how to market to their customers concerning new rates.
