SOLUTION
- Navigate to Setup ->User -> User Management Settings -> Enable “Enhanced Profile User Profile” Option
- Navigate to Setup -> Users-> Profiles -> Standard user Profile
- Clone Standard User Profile and call Profile Name “Reporting Analyst” Profile and Save
- Navigate to Reporting Analyst Profile and Click on the Object Settings, Enter Following Object: Leads, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Tour date and Payment Instalment and enable Read, Create, Edit, Delete, Modify All and View All Permissions.
- Navigate to Reporting Analyst Profile -> System Permissions and ensure “Create and Customise Dashboard” and “Create and Customise Report” Is Checked while “View Setup and Configuration” Is un-checked.
- Navigate to Setup -> User ->User -> Click on “New User” Button. Input: First name, Last name, Email, Username, Alias, Role Name: COO, License: Salesforce Profile: Report Analyst.
- Click on Save
