The Salesforce Admin has several meetings with the Heads for Sales Operation and Finance Operations which resulted the following customer on-boarding and Installment management journeys;
1) Sales Agent collects/captures new prospect/lead information from field/public/streets using the Salesforce Mobile App.
2) Sales Agent works-0n/follows up with Prospect by calling/visits in-person, if Prospect agrees to move forward the Sales agent input the Landed Asset of choice into the “Product Interest” field then converts lead to new opportunity.
3) Quotation Stage: Sales Agent sends a quotation to customer via email, if customer agrees quote stating Asset value, duration of payment and monthly instalments and there are no additional corrections then the Sales agent advises the customer to make first instalment (deposit).
4) Deposit Stage: after the Sales agent sends the quote via email the customer uses to make first instalment (Deposit) payment through Bank transfer/Debit Card and sends receipt to Sales Agent in charge of his account either through Whatsapp/Email/Hard copy. The Sales Agent uses information to update the First Instalment field in his Salesforce Mobile App.
5) Agreement Stage: Once the Deposit is processed and updated, An agreement email is sent to the customer by clicking on a check box stating the first deposit, monthly instalment and total asset cost.
6) Instalment Stage: After the First instalment, every other Instalment payment receipt is sent to Finance Team email (finance@estate.com), the finance team uploads all instalment customer payment receipts object till the instalment is complete (Total Amount = First Instalment + Monthly Instalments).
