About Lesson
The Salesforce Admin Decided to work with the following solutions;
1) That the New Leads collected will be imported into the CRM using the Data Import Wizard as a CSV file (smaller than importing as an Excel File).
2) That the “log a Call” Activity will be enabled in Page layout to Capture Phone conversations and Responses.
3) That a Campaign will be Added into our app and created in Salesforce to track and monitor the status and conversion of leads to opportunities and provide management with data on Sales Agent Activities.
