About Lesson
Once the Lead has Been Converted to an opportunity, the Lead/Prospect is now looked more like a customer who may or may not like to take a tour to view the Landed Asset that they intend to purchase, 2 actions happen in the Tour Stage;
- Action 1: Customer Interested in a Tour; If customer is interested in a tour then the following happens;
- The Field Tour Agent has already Created a calendar dates to show his availability for the week/month/Year.
- The Sales Agent asks which date the Customer chanced for the tour based on the tour dates available, the customer selects a date and the Sales agent saves the date.
- Once the date is selected and saved an email is sent to the customer informing him/her of the Tour date.
- Once the date reaches and tour is completed, the the Sales Agent updates record that tour has been taken, while the Opportunity stage is updated to “Quote Stage”.
- Action 2: Customer Not Interested in a Tour; If customer not interested in Tour then the Sales Agent manually updates path to “Quote Stage”.
