Secondly, they also use the information from product interest picklist to create a quote in opportunity but they have to prepare separate quotes for separate products for same customer which can be tedious.
Thirdly, the Admin discovered that the product interest information is missing once it is converted to an opportunity. you can only get the information from the Lead record.
